Equality and diversity
As you know, coHearentVision already has a strong Equality and Diversity (E&D) policy. Our E&D team have undertaken extensive research into the most practical and widely recognised approach to ‘proving compliance’ and have identified the Committed to Equality (C2E) standard as meeting both our requirements and our duties under the Equality Act.
coHearentVision is currently undertaking the C2E accreditation process via the leading delivery organisation, Equality Accreditation Services (EAS).
