Leeds’ only Braille, Large Print and Audio Service is based within coHearentVision. This unique relationship has given the service an invaluable source of customer opinion and feedback regarding specific needs, as well as enabling us to stay at the forefront of developments and supply our customers with up-to-date advice and guidance concerning service provision.

Offering a complete service, we can ensure your printed material complies with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 to give your blind and visually impaired staff and clients information in an accessible format. We can convert letters, press releases, utility bills, bank statements, brochures, restaurant menus, hotel itineraries, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and financial or legal material – in fact any type of document.

We work with individuals, public and private sector organisations – providing bespoke transcription services, whether for a frequent requirement, or a one-off document.

The cost of transcription varies according to the length and complexity of the document. Please call us to discuss your requirements, we can then provide you with a detailed quotation.
