Who is this for?

All organisations will at some point have deaf or hard of hearing employees, customers, clients, suppliers or visitors. Our course framework including this Pathway Course is aimed to give efficient and effective training to all attendees whilst meeting the needs of busy, expanding organizations.  However we are very aware that the content may need to be tailored to meet your precise requirements, meeting the challenges of your organisation quickly and easily when coming in contact with Deaf or Hard of Hearing people. What you get!

• We will discuss any specific requests you may have prior to the Pathway Course.
• In this 2 day informative and interactive programme you will learn the basic’s around BSL communication for your workplace. Allowing individuals and teams to build competencies around a new language confidently and fluently. Communicating and building relationships with your customers, clients and suppliers: broadening your access to previously unexplored community groups. This programme will enable you to develop further by undertaking Level 1 BSL.
• We will follow up this Course with email advice about BSL and advanced BSL related projects in the workplace that will enhance your learning from this Masterclass for the following 3 months
