Regarding the loop, doorbell, alarm and phone tone installation by Frank Langshaw from coHearentVision last week. I would like to commend your staff on his helpful manner and personality in ‘going the extra mile’ to help my mum. Frank was patient in helping mum understand the loop and other equipment ensuring she was comfortable with it before going to his next job.
